Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Goes ahead for Game Awards
Sonic the hedgehog 2 is scheduled to reach the cinemas at the beginning of next year, but there has not been news about the first trailer. However, it seems that Sonic fanatics will want to see The Game Awards this Thursday, since there could be something to do. Today early, the official Twitter account of Sonic The Hedgehog tweet Geoff Kafka, asking if the host has some additional invitation. Kafka said blamelessly that Sonic does not even follow him on Twitter, but apparently that he did not prevent him from connecting the blue blur with an invitation to the show.
The exchange between Sonic The Hedgehog and Geoff Kafka can be found embedded below.
Time Sonic the hedgehog 2 is the most likely candidate, it is very possible that this can be a provocation for something completely different! After all, Sonic Team is currently working on a new Sonic franchise game, which received a brief advance in May. It is possible that we can see some images of the game, but it is likely that the new title is still far away. As such, Sonic the hedgehog 2 has a little more sense.
So far, very little information has been revealed about sonic the hedgehog 2. The film will see the stars Ben Schwartz, Jim Carry, Tina Sumter, James Mars den and Lee Major, next to Idris Elba as Knuckles the Echidna. The first film was one of the few blockbuster stories of 2020, receiving strong praise from Sonic fanatics for a long time, as well as the informal public. In addition to Knuckles, Sonic's partner, thousands Tails Power are expected to play a key role in the sequel. The character made a brief appearance in the first film, where he was played by actress Colleen O'Shaugnessey. Hopefully, we will learn more about the movie later this week!
Sonic The hedgehog 2 is scheduled to be released in cinemas on April 8, 2022. Meanwhile, readers can see our previous coverage of the film right here.
